1. Perform duties of Occupational Health Manager in accordance with the Korean Occupational Safety and Health Act

2. Develop, implement, and monitor workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and programs.

3. Ensure compliance with Korean occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.

4. Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and accident/near miss investigations.

5. Support ESG-related initiatives, including environmental sustainability, workplace safety culture, and governance reporting.

6. Provide training and awareness programs for employees on safety, health and environmental topics.

7. Prepare reports and communicate safety, health and environmental performance in both Korean and English (meetings, written reports).

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external authorities regarding safety, health and environmental audits and certifications.
